Insurance Coverage: Vehicles are insured under Envoy’s policy; users may be held liable for reckless or unlawful use.
Data Privacy: Only essential data is collected to operate the program and will never be sold to third parties.
Service Updates: VALENCIA GO may adjust program terms, pricing, or availability with advance notice.
Account Suspension or Termination: Unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program.

By using the VALENCIA GO Bikeshare Program, you agree to the following:

Personal Responsibility & Safety: You are responsible for your actions while using a VALENCIA GO e-bike. VALENCIA GO and its partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use.
Billing & Charges: Charges are managed through the Drop Mobility app. Fees may apply for overtime, misuse, or damage to equipment.
Data Privacy: VALENCIA GO only collects data necessary to operate and improve the bikeshare service. Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy and never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Service Updates: VALENCIA GO may adjust pricing, policies, or service areas with notice. Changes will be posted on valenciago.org and shared in the Drop Mobility app.
Account Suspension or Termination: User accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations such as unsafe riding, failure to pay fees, or misuse of equipment.
