We’re thrilled to share that eligibility for VALENCIA GO transportation subsidies has officially been expanded!
As of May 2025, VALENCIA GO has extended subsidy eligibility for all original homeowners through March 29, 2026. That means if you purchased a home or condo in our service area over two years ago, you may still qualify for valuable reimbursements for Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs), Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs), and E-Bikes.
Original homeowners who:
- Have purchased a new home or condominium in the VALENCIA GO Transportation Management Organization (TMO) service area
- Apply within two years of closing escrow OR before March 29, 2026, whichever is later
- Have not yet applied for a ZEV, NEV, or E-Bike subsidy–you can apply for one of each!
You must apply for your subsidy reimbursement by March 29, 2026, or within two years of closing escrow, whichever date is later.
Subsidies are reimbursed after your application is approved and proof of purchase is submitted.
We understand that earlier emails may have caused some misunderstanding. Many homeowners believed they were no longer eligible after March 2025, even if they moved in recently.
If you bought your home or condo in the TMO service area and closed escrow within the past two years, you’re still eligible to apply, and now you have even more time to do so!

- Submit Your Reimbursement Application through our online portal.
- Upload Proof of Purchase to our online portal (invoice, registration, lease agreement, etc.).
- Receive Your Reimbursement once your application is approved.
